To build an enduring, equitable society, we must support everyday people to critically evaluate, navigate, and drive change on our most urgent issues. GenUnity’s mission is to do just that - to strengthen the capacity of everyday adults to lead community-based change, a capacity we’re calling civic wellbeing. Over 14 weeks from February through June 2022, our inaugural cohort of 32 members will develop their capacity to lead by unpacking questions, including: who is being affected? why are our systems designed the way they are? how does change happen? what can I do? We're excited for the journey ahead and want to acknowledge this program would not be possible without our partners.
